Bad service yet again

Why is it that each and every interaction i have with Autopage leaves me more disgusted than ever. Your call centre staff provide disgusting service, and most of all dont even know what clients are talking about. When they cannot answer a question they just transafer you back to the switchboard. The next person you speak to (a 20 minute phone call), promises to action a request, and then fail to do so... This you only find out when you NOW phone back for the 3rd time.

Wouldnt be surprised if i need to phone back a 4th or 5th time.
COme on autopage get your act together, train your staff and DISCIPLINE THEM. If you cant then you shouldnt be in business. Guess i shouldve reviewed HelloPeter.com before I took out a contract with you. Shouldnt known better. You should be ashamed
