Over billing of account

Telkom billed my account R4659.00 on the last date of april which they were suppose to bill R389.00, which is the contract amount that was agreed on. they say there was a re carrying amount of R1544.00, usage of R649.00, sms amount of R42, ultimate all net of R1241 and R289.00 of the secondary cell phone plus a R400 migration fee for the secondary cell phone. there was a credit amount of R3 on the third cell phone.
