Terrible value for money

I have recently purchased the cell c 100 gig data package for my iPad. This product was sold on the promise that the Claremont area was definitely a 3G covered area. I have had this service for 3 weeks now and I have had edge coverage for more than 60% of the time I have tried using it, which is the same as having no Internet at all. It cost 2500 rand, which for me as a student, was an extremely huge layout for such poor service. According to the CPA one is able to claim a refund for a service not delivered which is exactly what I want so that I can change service providers.

It is disgusting the such a respected company can sell a service for that kind of money, and such a service is only operational less than half the time.
