On arrival at the Telkom Direct store in Fourways Crossing I queued for a couple of minutes which would not have been an issue if three of the consultants weren't just sitting there chatting amoungst themselves. Eventually one consultant Deborah looked up and gave a side nod calling me to her. I sat down and had to wait for her to complete a conversation with her colleagues (not work related) and also finish her cell phone scan, again, I assume it was personal from her reaction. Finally she looked at me and just looked, she didn't greet me, she didn't ask how she can help me, she just raised her eyebrows waiting for me to start? When I didn't responded she asked me for my phone number. My queries were raised and I advised that I had already cleared all the issues with the call centre, but I had not received a response - Deborah's very surly response was that she wasn't going to take responsibility for someone else and advised as she was walking off to collect something that I was lucky that she could assist me. When she was done, she never thanked or greeted me, she went back to chatting to her colleagues! How revolting!
