Since 19 October 2012 I have been charged about R400.00 per month (it varies) instead of the R110.00 I was quoted by telephone during a telesales call. I want to get an itemized bill from them to see if any extraneous charges are being put on my account but in spite of numerous requests I have got nowhere. Anybody else have this problem? I am being ignored
