NO RESOLUTION TO COMPLAINT ON 4TH JUNE

I posted a complaint on Hello Peter on the 4th June 2013 WRT no signal on my Cell C contract.

I received a call that evening, and was told the same thing as I have been told for the last month. Change the phone (which I have done) send a fault report (which I have done). The consultant then said she will follow up and to date nothing has been done.

I an utterly DISGUSTED with the level of service I have received from Cell C.

I want this contract cancelled IMMEDIATELY. I have 2 month left on this contract, which totals about R1000. Are they that hard up for business that they are hanging onto me as a client for R1000 as they can be sure, I will NOT upgrade this contract with them!!

If I do not get a favourable reply but close of business today, I will be contacting Caxtons to put this in the paper.

STOP SPENDING MONEY ON ADVERTISING FOR NEW CLIENTS AND LOOK AFTER THE ONES YOU ALREADY HAVE!!
