Who took my phone

At this stage I am so made - I can kill a bull. About for months a lady called - said that she want to give us a PHONE!!! Kindley we confirm that it will be in order. She said that she will sent it to the Nashua Mobile brance in Lephalale. 4 Months later we have a debit order that is going off - but still no Phone. Called customer care - I lady by the name of Benita assist - still no feedback. She did confirm that the Nashua Brance in Lephalale did sign for it and that she will see what she can do. Will this moring I call again - spoke to a guy by the name of Jaime - he is the only one who help me. Gave me the name of the guy who sign for my phone at the brach... My question is now where is my phone. I want feedback before close of Bussniss today. I my Phone must be ready for collection. I want to know now Who is going to refund me for the last 4 months that I have payed and did not have the phone... Please see this matter as urgent
