I have had an OpenWeb account for a few Months now, and due to some technical faults on my telkom line i needed to contact technical support, My Ticket was dealt with promptly, and Professionally, and the service has been terrific up to this point,

I noticed that OpenWeb were running a special, so i applied for the account with the intention of cancelling the currently held account as the new account is an upgrade to my service, I was contacted by Keoma to confirm if i did in fact want to order an additional service, and when i explained my intentions, he promptly handled an account Upgrade fro me of my existing account,

the entire process took only a few Minutes of time from me, and saved me the time and effort of cancelling the old account.

This proactive approach is something that has greatly impressed me, and my experience to date has been nothing but Terrific with OpenWe
