Have upgraded, and hanset wanted was experia go. Only after SIGNING, did they check for stock. Was told they have ordered. This was Monday - then yesterday I'm told there NO stock of this phone anywhere!!! Some folk have been waiting for months!! Why was it not checked FIRST before signing??? Because they not interested in customer - only your signature on paper so they know they got you for next 24 months!!! This is disgusting!!! I think in a case like this a person needs to be given another handset - even if it means a loss to Nashua - as it is your fault in the 1st place for not letting a person know there is NO STOCK.. If I WANTED to wait, then it would be MY choice. This is the last contract I think I will have with Nashua, and that after beeing your customer for about 10-12 yrs!!! I think this STINKS of bad service!!!
