THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!!

I have a problem with my Neotel phone and tried calling yesterday afternoon, no answer.
Today I was on hold for 30 minutes, NO ANSWER. WERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I am so angry. I am trying to run a business and my phone has a problem.
