Cell C brining out the worst in Me!!!

Thank you Cell C. You bring out the worst in me! There's not a day that goes by that I want to toss my phone out of frustration!!
I have emailed customer services twice already and no reply to my last email.
I'm staying in a very central area of Johannesburg with no possible interruptions to phone signal (or let me specify, Mtn and Vodacom). But for one or other reason I can't even get a simple phone call without having trouble. Cell C promise good service and low rates, but in all fairness, I would rather pay a bit more and get service that I want.
This has been going on since i got my contract! I have my email set on my phone (work related) which i can barely use!
Can someone please let me know what it would cost me to stop this stupid contract so that I can go and get a contract with a different network.
