I upgraded my contract in February at Cell C Pinelands. I upgraded from Blackberry to the new iPhone. At the store the agent did a swim swap. (The iPhone has a different sim card)

In March I received a very high bill and I thought it must be because I am not use to the internet usage of my new iphone. In April my bill was very high again and this made me check my itemised billing. In doing this I realised that I was still on my old contract and still paying for my Blackberry Services.

I phoned Cell C and disputed the amount and asked why I wasnt told that I am not on my new contract as yet and also why was the sim swop done before the new contract starts. I received a ref number via sms but a month later no one has gotten back to me yet!

As I am typing this I have been transfered to different dep within Cell C and no one is able to assist me. I have been on the phone now for an hour and a half. This is the worst service I have ever received!
