Bad attitude she puts me on hold for 65min

Hi I called mtn to find out about a competition running on Metro fm this week.the girl said she doesn't know oh my how I that possible that the company that I work runs a competition and I don't know about it after she has the nerv to make me hold for 60min then she cuts me and never call me back... how come mtn employees are always clueless about mtn products and competition that girl was very rude to do that to me MTN can do better without her... MTN fails me again
