Illegally deducting money from customers account

I upgraded my phone on 22 February 2013 and opted for the new Blackberry Bold with a full BIS service for the next 24 months. My monthly payments range from between R500 and R750. After the 1st month R1345.00 was deducted from my account. I immediately phoned the MTN helpline to be told I had been charged for internet usage and I was on a Blackberry Absolute Package and did not have BIS, I lodged a complaint. I went into the store and asked them to pull up my details and it was confirmed that I had indeed signed for a full BIS service and another query was lodged in store and escalated. I continued to place pressure on the store manager and they admitted that they had made a mistake with my account. After the second month, R1500.0 was deducted from my account. I again lodged another query on the helpline and asked to speak to a supervisor, obviously no supervisor was available. I went into the store again and again I was told that a mistake was made with the account and that I am owed money which has been approved. However, they will not return the money and will only credit my account. They have still not done this. When I call account services they have no knowledge of this fact.
