DELAYED AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I requested for the cancellation of my contract due to the banking errors on 8ta's side they said to me they will write of the money for that time period. The branch manager said to me all I must do is send through an email with the request and it will be done. Its now 3 weeks later and the furthest its gotten to is that it has been escalated. This is total unacceptable and every time I go in to the branch to find out what is happening they tell me that they will find out and they get back to me saying its been escalated... Unacceptable service like this brings down Telkom's name as well as 8ta... I am now fed up with this and I want someone high up in the cancellation to contact me.
