I was defrauded by Cell today!!!

I went to do a sim swap at the CellC Sadndton Branch. I paid with my bank card and immediately received an sms from my bank that the money has gone off my account. Now Thabang and Devesh told me that since the machine didn't print a receipt the amount hadn't gone into their account, I showed them the sms from my bank and they couldn't hear of it. Instead they threatened to disable my sim card. I had to pay twice. To me instead of them investigating, I really feel strongly that I have been defrauded by Cell C Sandton Branch.
