Cell C
Cell C providing coverage to 97% of SA? whatever!

We live in the Triomf area in Johannesburg (Gerty Street) Been living there for about 3 years now and the Cell C signal has been non existant. cant call out and i can show you actual records of people calling more than 100 times in a row just to get through. We have phoned Cell C numerous times and its always the same story: we will check and one of the technicians will come back to you. This does not happen. or: the system is down so I cant check coverage now, i then ask to log a call or whatever but they just say call back. My mother is now in hospital in a critical condition and no one is able to get through to our cell phones. I called again last week and received some service rating form yesterday to complete, obviously its going to take days before someone replies!!! Please make an effort as we have been more than patient!!!
