I have never dealt with such incompetence. I have spent close to an hour on hold with various people who could not assist me with an upgrade. I eventually contacted CELLC on twitter and a Teboho phoned me. Since then I have left three message for him to contact me and he has only once returned my call to no avail. I don't understand how CELLC treats a customer who wants to extend his business with them.
