Adding another hosted domain to my account I had to move a list of records from my new website. I decided to try and phone on a Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call centre agent immediately.

Emmanuel took the time to go through all the settings with me, knowing exactly what to do and even helped me get the right ports for my ISP (who isn't Web Africa).
