Over the past months I have been a Virgin Mobile Customer. Unfortunately I have chosen my service provider poorly... or should I say I have chosen a poor provider of no service. On numerous occasions my phone has shut down, cut calls, frozen and lost signal. I have complained, restarted my phone, spoken to numerous customer service centres, sent emails, complained again until this week where I have been unable to make and receive calls. Without me realising my phone has decided to not receive signal and stay that way for hours - only for me to find anxious work colleagues and family members trying to get hold of me throughout the day. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving and not one of my complaint conversations or emails has been answered or brought about any change. Surely there is a breach of contract? Surely there is something that can be done (besides me opening a new contract with someone that can actually provide the service they are receiving a monthly debit for).
