Not responding to complaint/query

Is there anyone out there from MTN who want to work?
This is a copy of my complaint/query I sent.

"What is happening with this query of mine.

Hi there.

Is there no way that I can upgrade to a contract that offers me a iPhone 4S without having to get another contract?
My current phone is a Samsung galaxy pocket GT-S5300 on top up 100 ie R89 p/m.

PS. Please respond as my previous mail that I sent 21/12/2012 is still unanswered, If I don't get a answer within the next hour I will be cancelling my current MTN contract and I will be going to Cell C who is offering me a iPhone 4S 16GB for R299 p/m with 50min talk time, 50 sms & 350mb data.

The choice is yours."

They chose not to return my request.
