Cell C keeps on spamming with no opt out

Cell C keeps on spamming me with sms's. I have never, and would never, consent to this. The sms's are idiotic competitions and there is no opt out available. How did they get my number? This is the lowest form of marketing, and shows the true colours of their business model.
