For the past 3 years Virgin Mobile has been harassing me about an account which has been paid up and closed and they even sent me a letter dated the 7th of December 2011 to confirm this but still I receive sms's from their collection department to get MORE money for something that was paid up. I really find this annoying and would like them to just stop and update their records as it seems they don't know what is going on in their own accounts department.
