Still no S3 mini cellphone

I went into Cellc in Cresta mall on 1st May as I am due for my cellphone upgrade. The lady that assisted me, I didnt get her name, advised me at the time they were out of stock and she will call me the next day, 2nd May, to advise when to pick up the phone. She never called. I then called them on Friday, 3rd May, they said there is no stock and they are hoping to receive during the weekend or next week. I have since been calling to be told the same story, 2 weeks later. I then called the Sandton city branch, same story. Not once did any of the consultants make any attempt to find out more details regarding the stock issue. And up until today. no one has contacted me from Cellc. Surely there must be someone who communicates with the supplier for information seeing that customers are waiting for the cellphone. If there is a delay, cellc should have the decency and contact customers to advise or atleast advise on an alternative. Very dissapointed on the service received.
