This is a total useless hopeless network

Ive had endless problems with my and my service provider now ive experienced an SOS message on my phone since the start of the weekend phoned the call centre on my own cost to try and sort the problem not able to get any info on my phone at all did a sim swap that should have sorted the problem clearly it didnt not phoned again sat at my cost to get help to sort out my phone eventually a call logged sunday with a reference no for my problem and still no end in sight to sort my problem just want to finish my contract and cancel my contract with this useless service provide
