Do NOT buy the Z10!!

I bought the BlackBerry Z10, and guess what? One cannot send files like photos, videos, etc via BBM or email - because each and every single file is "TOO BIG" to send.

I contacted my service provided for assistance, there is nothing we can do. This is how the phone is programmed and I am stuck with a phone that cannot do the basics. They advertise the Z10 to be THE BEST BB ever! NOT! My previous phone could send any file any time.. Sending files on the Z10 is limited or non-existing.

I am very disappointed with this phone and now I'm stuck with it.

Oh, and even if all your applications are closed, your airtime still runs out - you need to buy MyMegs every month so BBM is not really free.

Do NOT BUY THIS PHONE!
