Acc suspended by the still deduct my acc

An acc was open with MTN at Queenswood mall Pretori using my details on the 15/02/2013 and I was informed the credit bureau on the 18/02/2013 that an acc was open with MTN. Called MTN and explain that I did not open any acc with them, They told me to send the following documents affidavit, case no and ID document. I did send all the above and i was told the acc is suspended. 03/04/2013 R743 was deducted from my acc, went to boulders to query this and I was told to go and do a stop order, 1st that's not my acc anyways went to the bank did it & the charged me R70. To my understanding when an acc is suspended means it's not active. 06/05/2013 R1478 was deducted again from my account. MTN update your security system.

Stop debit my acc as I stated this is and remove your company from my credit report I don't know you and I don't have an acc with your stupid company. This process has costed me a lot of money and I'm going to get it back from your Stupid company
