Cell C
Cant access online account

Cell C... I am not allowed to swear here but you are seriously busy making me die ma se M$%R in!!!

I have been trying to access my online account for the last 2 days. Normal password didnt work. So I requested a new password which Cell C gave me a temporary one. Guess what??? Your Temporary password doesnt even work!!!

Then account is locked for an hour. After an hour I try again with exactly the same result.

ITS A JOKE MAN!!!

Not to even mention, over the weekend went to Cell C in mountain Mill Mall. Required about an iPhone 5 and I asked the sales lady nice so why dont they sell the display model if they are out of stock. And the rude answer I received was absolutely shocking!!! What do I not understand about they being out of stock and the display model etc

before the above happened, 2 weeks before I went to the same Cell C in Mountain Mill, they had stock of the iPhone 5 but did not had the Nano sim cards so they could not sell/contract me the iPhone 5. The next weekend I asked if they revceived the nano sim cards, then they said no they didnt receive any but the iPhone 5 is now out of stock? How did they sell the phones with no sims and why couldnt I get
