Mandla, Andrew from Cell C and all the sales staff I spoke to do not know anything about customer service. My fiance and I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for our phones. REALLY, I have been to so many times and I have recorded the calls. Cell C, when are we going to receive our phones. LG Optima L9 and Sony Experia Go.
