I was appalled to learn that Autopage wants a deposit for me to be able to use my Mobile Contract abroad. Why must I give them a deposit so I can use a service which I will pay for?? The call center agent then went on to say that only after a year on my contract will they not request the deposit. So Autopage does not trust me? Only after a year they will trust me? Pathetic rules with pathetic customer service. Can't wait for this contract to be over so I move to a competent and trustworthy service provider.
