I phoned the call centre about two months ago to cancel my landline and they explained to me that i have to wait until @tlantic cacelled my adsl line with them. O I waited a month and then phoned again to cancel. So they said i must wait another mont as notice.but mutch to my surprise when i opened my phone bill they added adsl service to my acount and where I use to be ahed on my account now im 580 in arears so you can understand why im upset for instead of cancelling my phone bill now I have adisional costs!!! I want this sorted out i am unable to go ahead with the current phone bill and when I try to cancel it i get more costs added HOw does that work telkom?? trying to phone the customer care line does not work it just makes you wait for more than twenty minutes and being a person who works I canot wait such long periods just to have another bigger phonebill at the end of the day.
