SMELLY TOILETS

I avoid using the ladies toilets because it always has a bad odour. I was a little desperate on Wednesday (17 Apr 2013) & decided against my better judgement to use the ladies. When I walked in the odour was so bad that I went to the single toilet near the showers. although the odour was bearable the wash basin was blocked & people continued using it till water reached the brim... PLEASE MR BRANSON this is not the service we pay for!!! On any given day you will find staff walking around but no 1 to assist when equipment doesn't work or assist at the threadmills during peak times. I was so annoyed once that I took a pic of staff standing around the 'DJ' whilst members were looking for assistance. YOU SERIOUSLY NEED A JACK UP!!!
