This morning I took a shower after my training session, and being in a bit of a rush I left my very expensive shampoo and face wash in the shower. Only realising this at work, I thought I'd try my luck and phone in to hear if someone handed it in at reception. I spoke to a lady named Jane, she then sent someone to go look for my stuff, and 10 minutes later she let me know that she got it, and will keep it for me till my next session.

This might not sound like a big deal, but the products are well worth R500 and it's not everyday that people go out of their way to help customers. So to Jane and the rest of Virgin Active Menlyn staff, I just want to say thank you! Your service has been nothing but a pleasure!
