Misleading and

I ws approached by one of their consultants to join the gym and we sat down with her and she told us how it works and we asked questions, she explained to us that we join as a partnership and pay 150 each per month and i asked her what happens if you cant pay for a certain month and she said u go to the gym and tel them you cant afford to pay then you dont come untill u know u can pay for the upcoming month, and then she asked for our account numbers, i provided her with mine and my partner said she doesnt know hers off by head so the lady said it was fine, then instead of explaining to me that since my partner doesnt have her account numbers she will put me as the main holder which means i will be responsible for both our payments i mean im a student who says i have money to pay for another student while i dont work, and then she doesnt tell us its going to be decucted through debit order, when the 1st month went by and i realised that i ws put liable of paying the 300 i went to the gym and told them i want to pay them my half and stop gyming they told me i couldnt i have to pay for 36 months and i asked them why and what if i dont have the money theuy told me they would black
