Gym should be fun... Virgin M'side is frustrating

I've e-mailed Virgin Morningside and Head Office with various complaints regarding the pool, their service and attitude and got nowhere so am now resorting to Hello Peter.
We're told the website timetable is up to date... last Thursday the pilates class at 5 was on the website, listed in the gym and guess what... we sat there waiting for an instructor.
The pool was supposed to be closed for a week... we're now into the second week and nobody bothered to let us know when they have all our e-mail addresses because there have been so many instances in the last six months when the pool has been closed. I've also complained about the amount of filth that collects in the pool - I try and get there 5 minutes before the class to scoop it out and have now taken photos of the filth in the scoop...
What good is going to gym if half the time you leave more frustrated and irritated than at any other time?
