Good day,

Let me just say, how on earth are you still running, i would think a company as badly organised as yourselves would have gone under long ago.

I am absolutely up to my eyeballs in your excuses and problems. For the second time my account has been debited for a payment that should NOT be happening. I cancelled my contract in FEBRUARY but apparently in your eyes that does not mean its cancelled as you have proceeded to take money from my account EVERY month after the contract was cancelled. I even have ALL the documentation to prove that its cancelled.

This is unacceptable, but if that's not bad enough, you then tell me that I have to wait 2 weeks to get back MY money that you had NO right to take.

Something needs to be done!

I like other South Africans are feeling the pinch especially with all the hikes in tarrifs. You cant take money that isn't yours, you have put me in a situation where i have to default on my ACTUAL monthly expenses!
