Still waiting for order to be delivered

Dear Hello Peter,
I am still waiting for an order placed on the 1st March 2013. I have sent 2 x emails to their support division and neither one of these emails was answered. Is there any way that we can ensure that they are blocked from doing business, as it seems that they just keep taking people's money without any plan on actually deliverying goods. This must be against the law.
