So Mid January i joined the gym with the thought i will pay a R100 joining fee and after that only R87 that is what the two "sales Consultants" if that is what you can call them quoted me. The girl (Nina) who was suppose to come back to me with the copy of the contract never pitched only called me about the joining fee. She was suppose to come back to me for the monthly installment which i will be paying because supposedly the monthly fee at Cape gate virgin active is not the same as the Cape Town one. But after that i just left it cause no one came back to me. After about 2 weeks or so a guy calls me (Lionel) to meet him and discuss the contract with the monthly installment of R305 so I emailed and sms'd him saying that does not work for me they can cancel the contract and i will not pay a cancelation fee as i did not sign for them to state i accept paying that amount. So this past weekend the financial person called me Rafque Saban and told me im behind on my installments so before i came speak she states that this call is being recorded and says i must sort it out with a branch manager. so where do i as the consumer come first? They should rather train their staff on HONESTY!!!
