Very Poor Service and Attitude

Good day

I enrolled my daughter for tennis lessons during October last year. All went well, then I wanted an hour slot and I was promised a certain timeslot, even in writing. Then last week I just emailed to make an enquiry (not to change our prior arrangement) whether lessons could be made up if missed because my daughter is in the boarding school which makes it very hard. The owner, Ann Chapman then without mutual agreement gave my daughter's hour slot away to someone else and forced her slot to a very inconvenient other time. She is rude, has very poor business ethics and treats the customer very badly.
