I Have been calling the club since Friday 4/01/2 last week and I must be straightforward, client service is very poor. I have been requesting for Rebecca (admin), and every time I call, Its either they say she is on lunch will call me back or she is on the line, she will call you back or she is on leave. I never received a call back for the 3days I have called. That is not good at all. We are new clients to the club we are not receiving any sense of service quality from Planet Fitness. We had an agreement with the sales guys in terms of payments, but that obviously doesn't matter as they didn't comply to our agreement. We were denied access and where told no one can help us as no manager is on duty. Also what is the policy on having a manager on duty? we were also told we cant cancel because of our type of contract. So does that mean we are stuck with a gym with this type of service for 3years. We had an agreement that we are going to pay our balance by the end of Feb. But After paying About 7000, a few days later we were told we are in arrears. We were Told to go home and that there is nothing they can do. We have sent emails. The one response we got, had no solution.
