I recently joined Virgin Active gym in Humewood Port Elizabeth. It is a lovely gym with sate of the art equipment that's well maintained and the floor staff is very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the Admin department is a nightmare! Trishana the lady that handles my account makes nothing but empty promises! We have a situation where some money needs to go back into my account, and my updated contract needs to be emailed I have been waiting since the 27th of January for some form of communication NOTHING! The same old: I will tend to it before Friday it will be sorted out tomorrow blah blah blah. I tried to phone their GM but he is never available or he is on training at another club. I have written letters got angry been nice you just don't get a response out of VIRGIN ACTIVE their admin department is pathetic I honestly hope the GM learned something on all his courses! I phoned head office on Friday and spoke to a lady, she assured me that I will get a credit for overpayment and she will email me my contract as soon as she gets it, if VA Humewood gives her the same treatment they give me she is going to wait awhile I asked her for a simple email to confirm the credit to my
