No aircon for more than 3 years??

The air conditioning has not been working for more than three years now. Really? Every time I ask the manager, it's a new excuse. With this heatwave, it is no pleasure to be in that gym. Can you please sort it out?

Second, why is there no more pension discount? The manager told me it's only in the big gyms. I know there used to be a special for pensioners, and you're a franchise. Can you please explain this to me? Hope to hear from you.
