Quick to tak money and slow to give service

In Round about July 2012 I paid in full and signed a contract with Planet Platinum. Ever-since I have been struggling to get my access token and so always have to waist time standing at front desk and wait for assistance to enter and on several occasions even denied to enter. This is not how you treat a client that paid in advance and in full.
