Air conditioner never functioning properly

Hey there,

I train up to 5 times a week at Virgin Active Krugersdorp (Keywest), and I train during the day - not at the busiest times. The air conditioner is always either broken, or not functioning or simply switched off or switched to 26 degrees Celsius. This is unacceptable training conditions. I have written complaints at the gym itself - no response. The gym is overly hot, even. at the quietest times, and it is very difficult to train effectively. The gym itself knows the air conditioner is not working properly, as they feel it necessary to unplug all of the water cooling machines, and plug in poorly functioning fans. We then have no cool air, no oxygen, and no cool water.
