Incredibly Disappointed With Virgin Active Cresta

I have been a member at Virgin Active Cresta for over seven years now. One of the only reasons I have remained at this gym due to the convenient location (5 km from my house). I went on the Virgin Active website and received a pop-up message stating that the construction would be finished by the 1st of December. I booked a session on the sunbed and received an email confirming my session and reminding me to attend. I had another appointment that evening so I rushed to the cresta gym, in peak hour traffic. When I arrived at reception I was quite surprised to see that construction was not complete (which contradicted the pop-up message on their website). I asked what the process was regarding the sunbed as I had never used it before. The woman from reception looked at me blankly and said "I don't know, let me check". We then went to the sunbed room and she said "oh... its not working". I was shocked! The state of the room was appalling. The sunbed room looked as if it was being used to store construction material. After this no efforts were made to rectify this problem and no apologies were made. I am incredibly disappointed and am seriously considering ending my contract with Cresta.
