No credit as promised for 2 contracts deducted

I went to virgin active on roughly the 20th of October to move my 2 contracts over to my vitality. This was done smoothly and Dyllan informed me that the contracts will be billed for by Virgin still but when that is done I must email him and he will get that credited as my contracts are now on vitality. I emailed him on the 5th November and he informed me he is forwarding the request to accounts to credit me the 2 deductions. It is now the 27th and I have no feedback since then and no credits passed. That is close to R800 I have been waiting for, unacceptable that clients have to struggle like this. All in all I paid R950 x 2 to sign in vitality the standard deductions virgin takes for 2 contracts, all on one month. Please call me to sort this out.
