False recordings of visits at the gym

Hi there, I have in May this year met with TK Xabalakashe at the Virgin Active gym in Sunninghill, discussing the option to move my membership to my medical aid. At the time I couldn't afford it and informed him that I will do so when I have the money, but in the interim should cancel my membership.
I have never been back to the gym... Apparently I have made several visits which I am now responsible for paying until they eventually on their own cancelled my membership on 22 October 2013.
When I went to see Maketzi (Admin) & TK (Sales) today... they said they would investigate, but were extremely unhelpful.
How is it possible that sessions at the gym was recorded and I wasn't there...? They laughed at me when I said this... UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
