In feb 13 i signed up a gym contract contract, R3304 paid and the rest should have been paid over 12 months. My contract was never loded, and the person that signed me up left employment. I took my contract as proof to Clive. After months of querying i get told they are busy sorting this out. I asvised him as soon as i am loded i would like to start payment as i do not want to be in arrears- my main reason to pay over 12 months. After a chat with my fitness trainer who put some pressure on Clive, i was all of a sudden loded, in their own time and in 2 months arrears already, yet going to gym every week, i was never called.
My point is that I know the value of the outstanding amount, but paying R 500 OR R 600 in one payment, in one month because of your incompetent people who cannot call the client because he has no time or manpower is ridiculous. There was obviously a reason for me taking out the plan, was because it was affordable. But trying to explain that to Clive, I was told that if I DO NOT pay this arrears, I will be handed over. I have sent 3 emails to Head Office, i had no response to any1 of them, that. Any explanation for not responding as it seems no interest
