Why didnt i go with virgin

A few months back my friend had lost his phone while working out at the gym specified, he asked to view footage of the cameras and was informed that the systems were down for the mean time . this passed friday i experienced the same thing, my phone was from the tredmil while i was refilling my water bottle . when i asked to view camera footage i was told the exact same thing! this is very upsetting to think that a gym with over 100 members is not worried about their clients saftey!

to add on to all this stress, my membership was suspended because i "look too young to have my own membership" . i now have to have a long arguement with a consultant before i can continue with my work out! this is annoying! i have been asked to bring a copy of my id to the head office which i shall not do, because i had taken all that in when signing up! if they do not fix this i want ALL my payments back and il join a more secure gym, where i wont experiance any issues with my looks and my items i carry on me in the gym wont be!

it is rediculas that a gym that big has no cameras working and it seems to be a trend that things go missing while cameras are not opperational
