Debit Account AND lost Cancleation docs from Feb!

I have cancled my Account and paid the 40% cancelation fee in February. Planet Fitness debits my account with R250 this morning using a new reference number and when I call to complain, they say that my accounts are in arears and im still an active member! They cannot find any Cancelation documents in their file and my last visit was 4 months ago (Absolute HOGWASH because i have moved since Feb and havent vistied that area since!)
Now they want me to furnish them with proof of cancellation! only knows what they will do to get their money from ex clients, but their processes are messed up and they loose documents! Cannot be trusted at all! Just want to money and not give a S*#T that people have cancelled their memberships!
I refuse to have a bad credit record because of their incapabilties to do admin stuff!!!
Lucky my bank refunded me though!
Will NEVER EVER use Planet Fitness ever again!
